Terms of Service.

1. What KOLScout does

KOLScout helps you process a creator CSV on your computer and identify email addresses visible in publicly accessible TikTok profile information. Results are written to the CSV you selected. KOLScout does not guarantee that every profile can be accessed or that every email will be found or correct.

2. License and device activation

Use of the App requires a valid license key. The current offer is a one-time payment of Rp300.000 for lifetime access to KOLScout, including future updates. A key is activated for one device through our license service and may be rejected on another device. Contact us if you need help moving your license to a replacement device. We may deactivate keys that are invalid, refunded, misused, or used in violation of these Terms. Do not publish or share your license key.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use KOLScout to:

• Violate applicable laws, privacy rights, or another person’s rights.
• Violate TikTok’s or another third party’s terms, access controls, or technical restrictions.
• Harass people, send unlawful or unwanted bulk messages, or misuse personal information found in public profiles.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt KOLScout’s license service or software, except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
• Redistribute the App or license keys without authorization.

4. Your files and results

You are responsible for having permission to use the CSV and data you provide, checking the accuracy and appropriateness of results, and keeping backups of important files. The App attempts to preserve existing CSV columns and saves results as it works, but you should review the output before relying on it.

5. Third-party services

KOLScout relies on third parties, including TikTok for public profile pages and Supabase for license verification. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. KOLScout is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. Google Sheets is an optional App feature and is provided through Google OAuth. You are responsible for choosing spreadsheets you are authorized to access and for reviewing the permissions granted to the App.

6. Software and changes

KOLScout and its branding are provided under a limited, revocable license for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and your purchased license. The App, its availability, and its features may change. We may suspend or discontinue the service or a feature where reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance, or legal reasons.

7. No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, KOLScout is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or CSV, or that profile data or email results will be complete, accurate, or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KOLScout and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption resulting from use of the website or App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as KOLScout changes. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent allowed by law. Contact: abyatarfl@gmail.com.
